Hope everyone’s new year is starting off the way you hoped it would.
Quick update, at our urging, the DA’s office has finally revised their cost structure for discovery moving forward and it’s a very significant improvement. There may still be a new process for electronic distribution of discovery that might be even cheaper and more efficient coming, but that’s still a ways away. For now, here is the new policy.
